As required by the Department of Employment regulations, MotorWorld Marketing Booking Form must be signed and returned by the client
- Please contact us for individual Models booking fees
- Permitted Use. Booking Fees cover the right to use an image for one year from the date of booking in the UK only
- Booking Fees are charged by the day or by the hour. Minimum Booking period is usually 4 hours. However, this can be negotiated with the Model. In general the following apply but are negotiable between the client and the Model and must be agreed before the assignment
- Overtime rates apply before 9.00 a.m. and after 6 p.m. and on all bookings over 8 hours. However
- The overtime rate is one-and-half times the daily rate between 18.00 and 24 hours
- A special rate will be negotiated if the model is required to work between 24 and 09.00 hours
- Work on Saturdays is charged at one-and-a-half times the normal rate
- Work on Sundays and Bank Holidays is charged at double the normal rate
- Travel costs to be negotiated at the time of booking
- Fittings Fees are charged at half the normal hourly rate with a minimum charge of £35
- When a location booking is made the client must provide information about overnight accomodation, meals and refreshments.
- When a booking is made the client must accurately determine arrangements for overnight accomodation, if applicable.
- The Client is responsible for expenses incurred for the Models' travel to and from the location and overnight accomodation.
- The Client is responsible for the Models' meals and refreshments whilst on location
- Clients are advised not to offer alchoholic beverages to Models whilst on location.
- The Client shall indemnify Motorworld Marketing fully against all claims proceedings actions damages legal costs expenses and any other other liabilities in respect of death or personal injury or loss of or damages to any property which is caused directly or indirectly by any act or omission of the Client
- The Client is responsible for the Model's safety and well-being when the Model is providing services for the Client in connection with the booking.
- The Client is obliged to to ensure that all other people engaged in connection with the booking and associated travelling are fully qualified and insured
- The Client is responsible for the Model's Health and Safety to the same degree as if the Model were an employee of the Client.
- The Client is responsible for maintaining insurance cover to underwrite its obligation to the Model.
- The Client is advised to insure against any losses incurred if the Model does not keep a booking for any reason.
- Any cause for complaint should be reported immediately. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect.
